Receiving students in Russia and Post Arrival arrangements would be done by GEC.

- GEC will receive from the University invitation letter for student's entry visa to Russia.
- Help in fulfilling the requirements for applying for visa.
- Assist the candidates in obtaining Air Ticket and Foreign currency.
- Pre-Departure counselling & arrangements.
IN RUSSIA
- Receive the candidate at the Moscow Airport.
- Provide transport from the airport to University.
- Arranging accommodation in the hostel.
- Disburse essential information about Russia their University and its Rules and Regulations to the student.
- Organize medical insurance for students for the whole period of their stay in Russia, the cost of which will be borne by the student.
- Liaison between the university, students and parents.
- Keeping the parents in loop about the student's academic progress and overall examination performance.
